The Salix integra 'Flamingo' is a new and improved version of the variegated willow that is characterized by the beautiful very early and deep pink young growth shoots that are strongly reminiscent of the color of the Flamingo.

This variegated shrub is suitable for the small garden, terrace and balcony and can also be used in a pot or tub. In addition to the ornamental value of the beautiful leaves in spring, the red twigs provide additional ornamental value in winter.

The location for this Flamingo Willow is sunny to partial shade and it likes moist soil. Ultimately, this willow grows to approximately 100 cm. high.

For extra intense color and beautiful compact growth, cut the branches back to 15/20 cm in February/March.
