How often should I water my plants?

The watering frequency depends on the type of plant, pot size, and environment. As a general rule, check the top inch of soil – if it's dry, it's time to water. Most indoor plants prefer to dry out slightly between waterings. Overwatering is the most common cause of plant problems!

What's the best location for my indoor plants?

Most houseplants thrive in bright, indirect light – near a window but not in direct sunlight. Some plants like pothos and snake plants can tolerate low light, while succulents and cacti prefer sunny spots. Check your plant's specific light requirements on its care tag.

How do I know if my plant is getting enough light?

Signs of too little light include leggy growth, pale leaves, and slow growth. Signs of too much light include scorched or bleached leaves and wilting. Healthy plants have vibrant colors and compact, even growth.

Should I fertilize my plants?

Yes! Plants need nutrients to grow. Use a balanced liquid fertilizer during the growing season (spring and summer), usually every 2-4 weeks. Reduce or stop fertilizing in fall and winter when growth slows.

Do you offer a guarantee on plants?

Absolutely! We offer a 30-day health guarantee on all plants. If your plant arrives damaged or fails to thrive despite proper care, contact us with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How are plants packaged for shipping?

Every plant is carefully packaged in custom-designed boxes with protective materials to keep them safe during transit. We use biodegradable packaging where possible. Plants are shipped Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
